During the last week of each semester, the Department of Computer Science hosts the Celebration of Computing. The event begins with an hour of games and activities, and the department provides a hoagie lunch to students and guests.
Students who participated in mentored research or internship experiences during the semester share their work with CS students, faculty, and guests of the department during an afternoon of poster presentation sessions. Attending students and faculty take time to visit each poster and provide presenters with feedback on their presentations.
During the spring event (with is held in conjunction with TCNJ’s campus-wide Celebration of Student Achievement), the department holds an awards ceremony to honor students who have made significant academic achievements in the academic year and those who have contributed to the department as volunteer representatives and community leaders.
This year’s Celebration of Student Achievement will be held on Wednesday, May 6.
Location: Forcina Hall 4th Floor
All prospective and current students are invited to attend. Please check back later in the semester for an event flyer.
