“During my internship, I learned how to build and customize an application on Salesforce, a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool. I also used nCino, a Salesforce plug-in designed for banks. One of the projects I worked on was creating a page on Salesforce which displayed data from Power BI, the data visualization tool. This would give branch managers convenient access to data. I also provided support to OceanFirst Bank’s nCino users.
I had a great experience at OceanFirst. I learned what it was like to contribute to a project with high stakes. My experience in Professor DeGood’s Database Management class taught me about data retrieval which helped me throughout my internship.”
